Shipping policy

We promise to get your order out to you as soon as we can, but please don't expect us to be Amazon.... We are beekeepers. Honey and Jam are bottled in glass. If any items break, despite our really careful packing of the box, please let us know.  

Honey is heavy! Glass is heavy. We try hard to get you the best shipping rates.

Tracking is everything folks. If I get confirmation that a package has been delivered it is out of my hands and you'll have to contact your postal service.
